Easy Tours Egypt is keen to build trust with its customers, with our commitment to running our tours honestly and reliably from the beginning of the booking and planning process to the completion of the tour and beyond.

This privacy policy guide provides you with information about your personal data usage policy, flight cancellation policy and more.

Amendments by the Client:

Any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability. If the full payment has been received and/or a voucher has been issued, no administrative fees will be applied except on changes to tickets for air travel.

Payment Policy:

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 20% of the full price. This payment will be 30% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare. This deposit counts as part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by wire transfer or sent via Western Union or Paypal. Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

Cancellation all the year except peak time:

Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the Company with confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Cancellation for Christmas, New Year and Easter time:

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Refunds:

A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Flights:

Domestic flights:

Quote programs average flight price with approximate timing. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes in the total package price.

Responsibility:

The Company acts solely as an agent for participants in connection with travel, whether by rail, boat, aircraft or any other means of transport, and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity of a person or property resulting directly or indirectly for any of the following reasons: weather, acts of God, superpower, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil unrest, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical failures, quarantine, defaults, delays or cancellations Or changes made Aha any hotel or transportation company or restaurant. No liability is accepted for any additional expenses.

Special Requests:

If the customer has any special requests, he/she must inform the company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will attempt to meet such requests, but since they are not part of the contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been reported, transmitted to the supplier or referred to in the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee of fulfillment. The customer will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings that are conditional upon fulfillment of any special request.

Children Policy:

Policy 1: for packages, Nile trips, and hotels

  • Less than 2 years: Free
  • Less than 6 years of age: 25% of the total cost of the trip per person
  • Less than 12 years: 50% of the total cost of the trip per person
  • All children 12 years of age or older are considered as adults.

If your tour package includes flights, an additional supplement may apply for your child.

Policy 2: for tours and beach trips

  • Less than 6 years: Free
  • Less than 12 years: 50% of the total cost of the trip per person
  • All children 12 years of age or older are considered as adults.

If sightseeing tours include inbound tours or ferry boat, an extra extension may apply for your child.

Tipping:

Tipping is used to expressing satisfaction with the quality of service provided by the staff on duty. We advise you to tip as you are ready. It will be greatly appreciated by the staff, but you are not obliged to do so.

Complaints:

General Terms of Use:

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a user of this site and are not allowed to deal or use the site.
  • If you pay for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to provide will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
  • We accept online payment using Paypal, Wire Transfer and Western Union in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.

Acceptance of the Agreement:

The contract constituted by the Company’s acceptance of the Client’s reservation, subject to these Booking Conditions, shall constitute the full agreement between the Client and the Company. Payment of the final deposit or payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that the tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
